Graham comes from a background as business owner and successful cabinet maker with the craftsman skill that saw him undertake specialist jobs such as the refurbishment of the library in the Wellington Parliament building in NZ Kauri.  In 2005 Graham pursued an interest in Real Estate and joined the Tairua Realty team.  When asked about his career he says "If I could sell Real Estate from a boat, life would be perfect".  Besides fishing, Graham is a former Tairua senior golf champ, and also a keen bowler when he can get away from the office.  He and his wife, Jen Beare, both work together to make a strong dual team, Jen takes on the role of Branch Manager while Graham also has the position of Property Manager for the rental portfolio.  It is a rare day when you don't see Graham at the office and he warmly welcomes any discussion on property (or fishing!). We have now sold the Harcourts Franchise to Coromandel Beaches Realty Ltd. The new owners are Paul Prouse and David Haak and we are looking forward to working together with the new team.
